Our pieces are made-to-order. Please note that the production time is about 2 to 3 weeks

Our pieces are made-to-order meticulously crafted, minimizing waste and preventing
unnecessary stock accumulation. This approach allows us to focus on the quality of each creation, promoting efficiency and sustainability.

Every piece undergoes an average of days of careful attention by our skilled artisans
before reaching your hands. Our production remains entirely in-house, fostering a
workshop environment.

Our suppliers, providing tools and gold-plating services, are conveniently situated within a 20 kilometer radius of our workshop. This proximity supports the local economy and reduces the environmental impact associated with long-distance transportation.

All our pieces are handmade, we work valuing each unique detail so our products may
contain imperfections and particularities that make this piece unrepeatable. We do not
offer refunds for this type of particularities as they are part of the design and irregular finish of our pieces. Please take this into account before purchasing.

Your orders may be edited or cancelled within 1 day of being placed by contacting
info@perezdevecchi.com.

Due to the made-to-order nature of Perez De vecchi pieces, we unfortunately can’t accept returns of any jewellery pieces.
All sales of items with special discounts or items purchased with a coupon code are not subject to exchange.
Our pieces are eligible for exchanges if they are received damaged or defected. If this
occurs, please contact us as soon as possibile at info@perezdevecchi.com and we will
give you details on how to make your return.

If your product arrives damaged, Perez De Vecchi will be responsible for and cover the
shipping costs incurred in returning the products if the return is due to our mistake. We
must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process.
Perez De Vecchi is not liable for defects due to: damage caused by improper use or
neglect, aesthetic changes and damage due to normal wear.
In order to make the exchange it is necessary to include the original labels.
Perez De Vecchi reserves the right to refuse a return if all of the above conditions are not met. In such cases you will be notified by email that your order is not eligible for return.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday at the following times: 10am- 6pm CET.
Orders made during the weekend will be processed form the following Monday. We do not ships on weekends or during Italian public and bank holidays. Orders made during a public holiday will be processed from the following working day.
Perez De Vecchi uses third party logistics companies to ship its goods.
Costumers are responsible for tracking their shipments.

Delivery time is usually 4/5 working day.
Please note that the delivery timing informations are orientative, we cannot be accountable for delays caused by meteorological conditions, holidays or customs: shipping time refers to business days only and it starts from the notification “your order has shipped” e-mail.
